AI in Action: Educational Leadership

Firefighting to Freedom: A Strategic Systems Audit to Reclaim Time, Reduce Overload, and Lead with Clarity and Purpose
Too many school leaders spend their days reacting to the urgent instead of focusing on what matters most. This session introduces the 3C Leadership Sustainability Framework™—a practical, equity-centered model where leaders audit their systems, identify what's fueling burnout and overload, and redesign routines that restore clarity, consistency, and capacity. Walk away with a concrete plan to stop firefighting and return to your most important work: leading people and learning.
The Leader’s Storytelling Toolkit: Hook, Bridge, and Inspire Your Community
Every enrollment drive, board meeting, and staff kickoff is an opportunity to amplify your school's values—if you tell the right story. This hands-on workshop is designed to turn school leaders into compelling storytellers without adding to your workload. We will bypass the theory and dive straight into practice. You'll choose from tailored question buckets for parents, staff, or board members to easily extract your own human-interest narratives. Through small-group collaboration and a live deconstruction of a successful video campaign, you'll master a conversational story structure that fits any medium (print, digital, or spoken). Leave this session with a complete takeaway toolkit designed to engage your stakeholders and elevate your school's messaging all year long.
