Welcome to the Thompson Student Success Center
The Thompson Student Success Center serves as a resource for Charter Scholars and Thompson Scholars! All are welcome to use the space to study, gather, and connect. Whether you need a quiet place to study, someone to help you think through your goals, or opportunities to connect with other students, you’ll find a welcoming space here. Dedicated support and programming are available for Thompson Scholars and Charter Scholars.
Open Study Space
The TSSC offers a welcoming space where students can study between classes, meet with peers, work on assignments, or take a break during a busy day. Students can also access printing, study supplies, snacks, and charging ports while using the center.
Success Coaching and Student Support
Success coaching gives students a space to talk through academic goals, personal goals, time management, motivation, accountability, and next steps. Coaching is designed to help students feel supported, prepared, and connected to helpful campus resources.
Events, Community, and Belonging
The TSSC hosts programs and events that help students build community, strengthen leadership skills, and connect with others across campus. These opportunities are especially designed to support Thompson Scholars and Charter Scholars while creating a welcoming environment for all students.

Snacks and drinks are available in the center. Please help us keep the space clean and welcoming for everyone.
We have study supplies available for use within our office, such as:
- Whiteboards
- Sticky notes
- Highlighters
- Pens
- Notecards
Portable charging ports are available for checkout while using the center.
