Sara Sutton is a creative and energetic scholar in cybersecurity research and education, whose innovative and rigorous work demonstrates clear leadership in an emerging and rapidly evolving field. Since joining GVSU, she has published several peer-reviewed articles in prestigious journals and conferences while securing significant internal and external research funding. Her research focuses on building AI models for securing Internet of Things (IoT) environments and advancing autonomous cybersecurity defense solutions-critical areas as organizations confront increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.
