
Our main office is located in 321C of the Richard M. DeVos Center on the Robert C. Pew campus in downtown Grand Rapids. During the academic year, the advisors hold office hours at our satellite office located in B 3-255 Mackinac Hall (#9 on the campus map). To meet with one of the advisors at the satellite campus, you will need to schedule an appointment as we are not able to accommodate walk-in appointments. How to Find Our Office - 321C Richard M. DeVos Center
- Building C of the DeVos Center is labeled #6C on the Pew campus map and is closest to Burger King.
- Each of the DeVos Center doors are labeled with the building letter, be sure to enter Building C.
- If you choose a different entrance you will enter the Plaza where you will see a student work area, Starbucks, the GVSU Laker Store, or our Café.
- When in the plaza, look for the large archway with a clock over it near the center of the plaza (pictured to the right). This will lead you to the elevator lobby.
- Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and turn right (south) out of the elevators
- Immediately go left (east) down the hall following the sign for our office with the arrow
- Enter the first office opening on the left
- There is a large banner with our name on it so you know you have arrived in the right place.
- Please check in at the front desk for your appointment.

Pew Campus Parking
- Current Students
Parking is available by permit only in any student-designated space on the Pew Campus including the Seward Lot (#19 on the map) or the Seward Ramp (#20 on the map). Be sure to display your student parking permit as directed. If you do not have a parking permit you will be unable to park in a designated space and may only park in short-term meters with appropriate payment. We cannot issue guest parking permits to currently enrolled students. We will not be responsible for parking violations/tickets that you receive if you do not follow parking policies posted on the GVSU Parking website.
- Prospective Students, Returning Students , and Guests
**YOU NEED A PARKING PERMIT TO PARK ON THE PEW CAMPUS - PLEASE EMAIL [email protected] AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TO BE ISSUED A PARKING PERMIT IF NEEDED**
Parking will be available in the DeVos Lot. The DeVos lot is labeled #13 on the map and is on Winter Street between Fulton Street and Pearl Street. You will need to present the parking permit you were provided in the email from [email protected] to the parking booth attendant to gain access to the parking lot. If you do not have the parking permit you will not be granted access so it’s very important that you print that document and bring it with you. If that lot is full you may proceed to an alternate lot that is marked with “S” for student parking, including the Seward Lot (#19 on the map) or the Seward Ramp (#20 on the map). Be sure to display the permit as directed. We will not be responsible for parking violations/tickets that you receive if you do not follow parking policies posted on the GVSU Parking website.
- New Student Orientation
