1. Tell us about your journey since graduation.
After graduating in April of 2022, I moved from Grand Rapids to
New York and started interning for Edelman, a global PR and
communications firm. Since officially joining my team, I have had
countless incredible experiences. From attending the United Nations
General Assembly to working on PR programs for WWE wrestlers, my
post-grad life has remained dynamic and exciting!
2. Share a favorite Grand Valley memory.
Some of my favorite memories come from my time running GrandPR,
GVSU's student-run communications firm. It was both challenging and
rewarding, and I met many of my closest friends because of it.
3. What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
Talk to your neighbors, your coworkers, and the people at your
grocery store! Relationships are the most important things we have.
4. List three words you would use to describe your Grand
Valley experience.
Friendship, Growth, and Opportunity
5. What difference would you like to make in the world?
I believe that making a difference in the world starts with being
an active citizen. Talking to our neighbors, organizing our
communities, and taking care of each other is how we can foster
large-scale change.
