That was a long time ago, but my favorite times at school where the annual band tours. Each year the band would board busses in the spring and spend 3 days visiting different Michigan communities.

My favorite Grand Valley memory is forming a singer-songwriter trio in 1976. We performed around campus, singing some favorite songs from the mid-70's. Then, we started writing our own tunes - my English background served me well:)
