Clint Polhill is the founder and owner of Pathwyz, a consulting company that helps professionals at every stage of their careers gain clarity, build confidence, and move purposefully toward their goals. With over 20 years of experience across industries including automotive, aerospace, medical devices, and passenger rail, Clint brings a practical, real-world perspective to personal and professional development. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Grand Valley State University and an Executive MBA from Michigan State University, and has progressed from hands-on engineering roles to executive leadership as a Vice President. A natural mentor, Clint is passionate about helping others unlock their potential and grow with intention.
