What are the requirements to sit for the CPA exam?

You must have:

• Completed a bachelor's degree program from an accredited academic institution.
• Completed at least 24 credit hours in accounting courses including:
  • Financial Accounting
  • Managerial Accounting
  • Audit
  • US Tax
  • Accounting Systems and Controls
  • Government/Fund Accounting
• Completed 24 credit hours in general business courses.
• Completed all academic requirements within 30 days of sitting for your first section.
