Workday Student Reports
The GVSU Faculty/Staff Additional Student Information reports will be available within Workday. Find the reports you use in the table below, and see the name of the Workday report that will contain similar information. In some cases, one Workday report is replacing multiple existing reports. There are also additional reports in Workday that aren't currently available.

- Q: When should I begin using Workday reports? A: At the start of the Fall 2027 semester session. Continue to use existing reports (from the Lakehouse, etc.) until you are looking for information related to Fall 2027.
- Q: Will all existing reports be built in Workday? A: No, some reports will continue to be available through the Registrar's Office Reporting & Analysis page.
- Q: Where can I find waitlist information? A: On the GVSU - Course Sections Listings report.
