ReIgnite 2026 RSVP Form

Each individual attending ReIgnite 2026 must complete this RSVP form. Within this form, you will receive recommendations on which session to attend, but you may select any session to attend.***

The Advisor Session will only be available on the Friday, January 23 day, but Advisors are welcome to attend any session/date. 

***Club Sports and Graduate Organizations should not attend ReIgnite as the training WILL NOT apply to your organizations operations.

Session Recommendations

The following questions will give recommendations of sessions to attend based on your understanding and knowledge of RSO resources and policies. You do not have to select what is recommended, but it is highly encouraged. 






We recommend you register for the Officer Elections and Transitions session.





We recommend you register for the Event Planning.





We recommend you register for the Funding Training.



We recommend you register for the New Organizations and/or New Officers Session. 



We recommend you register for the Time Management.

Session Selection

Sessions for ReIgnite include:

  • Officer Elections and Transitions
    • This session will go over how to establish and run elections within your organization. It will also outline what you can do to make the transition for the new officers helpful by prepping you to make a Transitions document. 
  • Event Planning
    • This session will go over how to plan on-campus events (specifically in Kirkhof/Cook Dewitt Center) including how to collaborate, who are your contacts, what policies you should follow, and marketing of your event. 
  • Funding Training
    • This session will provide funding training for Undergraduate, non-club sport organizations. It will provide attendees with the Finance Wizard Badge (required for all funding requests to be reviewed) and an overview of funding guidelines. 
  • New Organizations and/or New Officers
    • This session will provide resources for new student organizations and new student organization leaders on how to manage their organization by providing an in-depth overview of the the Student Organization Support resources.
  • Time Management
    • This session will highlight how student organization officers can best manage their schoolwork, jobs, social life, and student organization. 
  • Advisor Support
    • This session will only be available on FRIDAY, January 23 for student organization advisors to hear from Student Life on support resources. 




















You will receive an email on February 2 with make-up session information. Your organization will be UNLINKED on LakerLink, meaning it is ineligible for funding, room reservations, and other student organization benefits & privileges until completing the make-up session.
