HOW TO GIVE BACK DURING COVID-19:
We realize that during challenging times we have a natural impulse to want to help others. During times like these, there can even be a gap in the volunteer workforce, and the need for assistance grows for some people. To help students, faculty, and staff learn about ways they might volunteer or donate, we offer the following centralized resources.
Please contact any of the them directly to identify the most up to date list of local organizations accepting donations of time or resources to aid in the COVID-19 (coronavirus) response:
- State of Michigan COVID-19 Volunteer website
- GVSU Called to Serve: Reaching Higher Together websites)
We also encourage you to regularly check the Centers for Disease Control website (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/) and the GVSU Coronavirus website (https://www.gvsu.edu/coronavirus/) for the most up to date information on how to keep yourself and our communities safe and healthy.
