Excellence in a Discipline - International Business

What is your favorite Seidman memory?
My favorite Seidman memories come from joining the professional business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi. The organization helped me grow in many ways professionally, and I gained many lifelong friendships I otherwise wouldn't have.

Our building namesake – Bill Seidman – exhibited many desirable traits of a leader such as an innovator, integrity, curiosity, and future-minded. How did your experience at Seidman help you develop one or more of these traits?
During my time at Seidman, I learned to question traditional approaches and explore innovative solutions to solve complex problems. My classes encouraged me to think critically, embrace curiosity, and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset.

What would you like people in the community to know about Seidman graduates like you?
Seidman graduates are more than just what we learn. We are driven to make an impact and build lasting relationships. We are hardworking and deeply grateful for the support of our community, and I hope to give back in the same way.

What is your career aspiration?
My biggest career aspiration is to work at a company that challenges me to grow while also making me excited to go to work every day. I am passionate about the medical technology industry and want to continue building my career in this field, knowing the work I do plays a role in improving people's lives.

How did your time at Seidman College prepare you to contribute to your community as a Laker for a Lifetime?
My time at Seidman College has prepared me through all the class projects, mentorship opportunities, and real-world business experiences that have helped me develop the skills and mindset to make a meaningful impact. The professors taught me the values of leadership, learning, and integrity, which I hope to use to give back to the community.
