Erika Murphy - Director of Executive and Corporate Education

In May 2022, Erika Murphy joined Seidman College of Business as the Director of Executive and Corporate Education. In her role, she will lead the college in providing vision, management, and planning for the Executive MBA and Corporate Education programs.
She brings over 15 years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility in both higher education and corporate HR. Most recently, she spent six years on the Talent Management team at Meijer with responsibility for Corporate Leadership Development Programs and University & Professionals Partnerships. Before joining Meijer, Erika spent several years in higher education focused on Full-time MBA recruitment at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University as well as Executive Education & Alumni Relations at the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
She has a bachelor’s degree in education from Indiana University and a master’s degree in Human Services and Counseling from DePaul University.
