Mahendra Joshi is professor of the Management Department of Grand Valley State University. He obtained a PhD at the University of Arkansas. His research interests include exploring the impact of organizational identity on various organizational outcomes, organizational and professional identification, and business ethics. He has published in journals including Organization Science, Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Academy of Management Executive, Journal of Applied Social Psychology among others.
