Fitness, Skill, & Activity Courses Offered
We have some of the most popular classes at the university! Because of student demand, we continue to create more opportunities to move. Check out the Selected Topics below to see our newest classes we offer as a "180" or "280". The Fitness, Skill, and Activity (FIT) courses are open to every Grand Valley student. The majority of classes are offered as one credit. A FIT class is an opportunity to be physically active, get a workout, learn new skills, refine existing skills. Want to try something new?
