Fitness, Skill, & Activity Courses Offered
We have some of the most popular classes at the university! Taking a Fitness, Skill, and Activity (FIT) class is an opportunity for you to be physically active, get a workout, learn new skills, and refine existing skills. Want to try something new? A FIT class is a great way to start! No experience is necessary in most of of our classes.
