Fitness, Skill, & Activity Courses Offered

We have some of the most popular classes at the university!  The Fitness, Skill, and Activity (FIT) courses are open to every Grand Valley student. The majority of classes are offered as one credit.  A FIT class is an opportunity for you to be physically active, get a workout, learn new skills, and refine existing skills.  Want to try something new?  Taking a FIT class is a great way to start!  No experience is necessary in most of of our classes (FIT 123: Golf Shaping Shots and FIT 180:  Adventures in Scuba Diving are the exceptions).
