FIT 158: Scuba - Open Water

This course utilizes PADI Open Water Diver Course. Class meets on campus for four weeks and will be scheduled at inland lakes to qualify for open water certification. You must be able to swim 200 yards and provide your own mask, snorkel, and fins. Course fees cover equipment rental and certification.

Students need to provide their own transportation to the lakes on the dive weekend.  

This class is held in the fall and summer semesters.
