FIT 280: LIFEGUARDING

This course provides instruction in Rec Cross lifesaving.  Students will have the opportunity to become certified lifeguards along with CPR, AED, and first aid certified. There is a $70 course fee for certification.  This course is offered as a hybrid in a 10-week format starting the fifth week of the winter semester.
