Lindsey is responsible for leading the Talent Management team in creation of programs and services related to talent, performance, leadership and growth for new and seasoned employees. As Interim Director, she is serving as the HCM lead and Talent Management workstream functional lead for the GVSU Workday implementation project. She is also a key collaborator with campus partners to identify, support and promote health and well-being resources, policy and strategy for employees and families.
Lindsey holds a bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University in psychology, a master’s degree from GVSU in Public Administration, and is a certified Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach and Group Fitness Instructor. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends outdoors, running, hiking and biking.
