Faculty & Staff Group Fitness

Winter 2022 Group Fitness
Classes begin Tuesday, January 18. Register online at www.gvsu.edu/sprout.

  • When you sign up, you are registered for the entire class through the end of the semester (April 28).
  • Register for each class individually, add to your cart and pay.
  • Registering for 3 or more classes provides a $5 discount on each class after two registered classes. Must sign up for all classes at once to be eligible for discount. 
  • Option available to add guests for each class (exception: SPINNING).

Virtual, Anytime Options
Strength training, interval and cardio workouts available online via the Human Resources Fitness Playlist on YouTube.


Recreation & Wellness Group Fitness
Group Exercise classes are also offered through Recreation & Wellness. While many of these classes are popular with students, the classes listed below are less likely to be packed with students and are perfect for Allendale employees. Find the full class schedule on the RecWell website
