Please note: Grand Valley State University does not charge out-of-state or international tuition rates. Tuition is based on the program in which you chose to enroll. Visit the Office of Financial Aid for tuition and fees. If you are a GVSU alumni, don't forget our one-of-a-kind Laker Lifetime Learning (L3) account that puts $1,000 aside for every GVSU graduate to use for future classes at Grand Valley.
Graduate Degrees and Certificates
Grand Valley State University offers a wide range of graduate education opportunities, including Master’s and Doctoral degrees designed to give students a competitive edge. Students can also choose from Graduate Certificate Programs to build specialized skills, or pursue Combined Bachelor/Master degrees pathways.

Graduate School Podcast Series
The Graduate School at GVSU offers over 45 masters, doctoral and certificate programs. This podcast series is an ongoing project that aims to provide prospective and current students with information about the programs and services available to them in a unique and engaging manner. Student Initiated Combined Degree
The Student Initiated Combined Degree program empowers students to design a personalized academic path by integrating undergraduate and graduate studies across disciplines. With guidance from faculty advisors, students can align their education with their unique goals and interests. This flexible program not only fosters a customized, student-driven learning experience but also shortens the time needed to earn both degree
