Jeremy Paul serves as an Associate Director in the Office of Student Life, where he provides strategic leadership to Fraternity & Sorority Life, Registered Student Organizations, and Leadership, Education, and Development (LEAD) programs. His work focuses on creating meaningful experiences that build community, support student leaders, and help students find their place on campus. He works closely with a team of professional and student staff to guide leadership development, plan engaging programs, and support hundreds of student organizations. As the primary advisor for Fraternity & Sorority Life, Jeremy connects with students, alumni, campus partners, and national organizations to support a vibrant and values-driven Greek community.
Jeremy is a proud graduate of Otterbein University (B.A. in Political Science, minor in Educational Studies) and holds a Master’s in College Student Personnel from Ohio University. He’s a lifelong member of Phi Delta Theta and currently serves as the Chapter Advisory Board chair for his undergraduate chapter. Jeremy currently serves as the Regional Director of Region III (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio) for the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA) and holds numerous volunteer roles within the Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values. When he's not on campus, you’ll probably find Jeremy cheering on the Columbus Blue Jackets, hosting a podcast, cooking for friends and family, or exploring new coffee shops in search of the perfect cup.

- Staff hiring and supervision
NOTE: Jeremy is remote on Wednesdays during the Spring/Summer 2025 semester.
