Faculty member receives grant to bring authors as guest speakers to class

Professor David Alvarez is the receipient of a Teaching Innovation Grant from the Pew Faculty Teaching and Learning Center that will help bring three authors as guest speakers to his ENG 103 World Literature classes. 

Nora Strejilevich, author of "A Single Numberless Death," Mosab Abu Toha, author of "Things You May Find Hidden in My Ear: Poems from Gaza," and Refaat Alareer, editor of "Gaza Writes Back," will join students to discuss their works.
