We have partnered with Grand Valley State University Alumna and chalk artist, Emily Miller, '14 and '20, who worked with students to translate research from traditional posters and oral talks to the sidewalk. Event Details
- Chalk artists will be present from 4 - 6:30 p.m.
- Located on the north side of Mary Idema Pew Library SE plaza area.
- Participants will be joined by GVSU Alum and local chalk artist, Emily Miller.
- In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved to the Kirkhof Center Lobby.
- Campus chalking policy will be followed.
Location Information
The Chalk Art Symposium will be on Thursday, September 17, 2027, on the north side of Mary Idema Pew Library SE plaza area on the GVSU Allendale campus. This event is coordinated by the Office of Undergraduate Research and Scholarship.
