Our Office will Call You...
Once you have submitted your form a College of Health Professions receptionists will give you a call within 24 hours during normal business hours to schedule your appointment.

Our office is open and in-person appointments are available.
If you are sick on the day of your appointment we ask that you either switch to a phone/zoom appointment or call our office to cancel and reschedule.
Prior to your appointment you will receive an email from Zoom that will provide a link to your scheduled appointment.
It is important that you have reliable internet service for a minimum of 30 minutes. This is a great option if you would prefer a visual experience and it is easy to use.
On the day of your appointment the advisor will call you at the phone number provided in the appointment registration process.
