1. Tell us about your journey since graduation.
Since graduating from GVSU, I have had careers in higher education (4 Universities), ministry (2 churches), and as an entrepreneur (2 juice industry businesses). Throughout it all, I have continued being active at GVSU once as an employee in OMA, as a speaker on campus, and now as a facilitator for the 77 IdeaLab.

2. Share a favorite Grand Valley memory.
One of my favorite memories at GVSU was when Redman and Method Man came to campus for a concert. Once the lights went off, we found out that almost every member of the Wu-Tang Clan was there. However, I remember Redman jumping into the crowd, but everyone parted like the Red Sea and he hit the floor. He still continued the performance though.

3. What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
Sometimes you do what you have to do today so that you can do what you want to do tomorrow.

4. List three words you would use to describe your Grand Valley experience.
Eye-opening, Fun, and Beneficial

5. What difference would you like to make in the world?
I simply want to help to make the world a better place for African American individuals.
