1. Tell us about your journey since graduation.
After graduating from GVSU, I entered my field of study and spent
the next 5 years gaining as much experience as possible. Although I've
since changed my career path, the skills and knowledge I gained from
my time at GVSU have been transferable and allowed me to continue to
be successful in my career growth.
2. Share a favorite Grand Valley memory.
While attending GVSU, I lived on campus and had the opportunity
to make lifelong friendships with my assigned roommates. Late-night
Meijer, IHOP, and Steak n Shake runs will always make me smile.
3. What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
You don't get to where you are in life without the help of
others. When you get to where you're going, turn around and help those
behind you.
4. List three words you would use to describe your Grand
Valley experience.
Educational, Supportive, and Fun
5. What difference would you like to make in the world?
My goal is to continue to share my knowledge and experience with
others. To help motivate and encourage others to grow and support
others along the way. I want to continue to promote kindness and empathy.
