1. Tell us about your journey since graduation. Since graduation, I've had the opportunity to dip my toes into a few different sectors that have interested me. I completed a TEFL course in Barcelona in 2022, worked at the Grand Rapids Public Museum, the Hispanic Center of Western Michigan as a Civil & Human Rights Advocate, and in outdoor environmental education at YMCA Camp Orkila on Orcas Island, Washington.
2. Share a favorite Grand Valley memory.
Being a part of Bringing Together the World (BTW) and attending
and organizing events for international and domestic students like
Sexy Accent Night.
3. What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
Do it scared. The best kinds of experiences are scary. You'll
never know what you're capable of if you let fear keep you from doing it.
4. List three words you would use to describe your Grand
Valley experience.
International. Cooperative. Focused.
5. What difference would you like to make in the world?
I want people to live their lives a little sillier and with more
whimsy, creativity, and kindness.
