1. Tell us about your journey since graduation.
I moved to Chicago the summer of my post-grad with a couple of
good friends. I moved without a job and landed on my feet working
downtown at the Omni Hotel Chicago. From there I transitioned to a
role at Guaranteed Rate once Covid started. I am now working in the
field I majored in as a Marketing Account Manager. I have been an
Alumni Network leader since December of 2022. We have conducted two
events in Chicago for alumni and are looking to grow the group!
2. Share a favorite Grand Valley memory.
I remember tailgating at a Grand Valley playoff game in December
while it was snowing. It was a great time and felt special having a
home game so late in the season. The best part of Grand Valley was the people.
3. What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
To make something special you just have to believe it is special.
4. List three words you would use to describe your Grand
Valley experience.
Impactful, Subtle in the moment/Profound looking back, and Beautiful
5. What difference would you like to make in the world?
I would love to see my passion for marketing have a positive
impact on consumers, the companies I work for, and the general public.
