Description
AI has reshaped software work faster than most career advice can keep up. Some roles are growing, others are quietly shrinking, and much of the guidance out there is too vague to act on. In this session, practitioners who hire, train and build with modern development platforms walk through what has actually shifted in software hiring over the past 18 months, what employers are looking for now, and how to judge whether a new skill is worth your time. You will also get a live look at how applications are being built today, from idea to working software. Whether you are early in your career, considering a change or leading a team, you will leave with a clearer picture of where the real opportunities are.
