Charles Lowe teaches writing for the web, professional writing, business communication, document design, and first-year writing. His research interests include web content strategy, digital rhetoric, and intellectual property studies. He is an advocate of open access and open education, having co-edited two open textbooks—Writing Spaces: Readings on Writing, Vols. 1 & 2—and he has published on the use of Creative Commons licensing in education. His experience with web design includes Drupal and WordPress web content management systems.
