This Conscious Conversation was a bit different from others because it was more interactive and presentational than our usual dialogue format. The Women's Commission toured the Office of the Employee Ombuds in Lake Michigan Hall with Elisa Ortega-Schultz and Gemma Brong on December 8 and learned about the intentional, inclusive, and trauma-informed design of the space.
