Pricing

All payment for external organizations must be paid prior to the appearance date (via check or online). All checks should be made out to Grand Valley State University with Laker Spirit Programs in the memo. For all GVSU affiliated campus appearances, organizations will be billed via Workday following your event.

APPEARANCE RATES

Private/Corporate: $100/hr

External Organization: $75/hr

Non-Profit Organization: $50/hr

University Department/Student Org: $35/hr

*Rates are subject to change

**Travel fees will apply to all off-campus appearances. Mileage is consistent with the Michigan State Mileage Rate ($0.76/mile roundtrip).
