The Grand Valley State University Laker Dance Team is a key component of the Laker Spirit Program. The team performs at all home football games as well as Men's and Women's Basketball games. When the Laker Dance Team is not practicing or performing, they participate in fundraisers and volunteer events within their local community and beyond. The Laker Dance Team competes annually at the DTU College Classic National Competition in Orlando, Florida, where they perform in both Jazz and Hip-Hop divisions against schools from across the country. The team has been awarded numerous accolades over the past few years and are currently 20x National Champions!
