- Secure approval from GVSU Catering/ Laker Food Company Their website includes links to their Waiver process.

1. Check the Currently Approved food truck list to determine if your truck is currently approved from an insurance process standpoint.
- If the truck that you'd like to use appears on the list, and their approval date has not yet expired, you only need to complete the Catering & Dining Approval process and no additional action needed from Risk Management
2. If the truck that you'd like to use does not appear on the list, or their approval date will have expired on or before your event, then:
- Obtain and send the Truck's current Certificate of Insurance to [email protected]. The Certificate of Insurance must meet the minimum standards noted below before it will be approved.
- Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 each occurrence & $2,000,000 aggregate;
- Auto Liability with limits of $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit;
- the Named Insured must match the name of the entity requesting approval.
