Adventure Leadership Mentorship Program

OA Leadership Mentorship

In this FREE program, Outdoor Adventures (OA) takes on students who have little or no experience facilitating outdoor and adventure-based activities but are looking for an opportunity to develop outdoor leadership skills.

Aspiring trip and activity leaders will be paired with an experienced mentor who will help them explore how to create and facilitate engaging and impactful experiences through adventure-based activities. This program provides important development for students interested in roles as guides, summer camp leaders, resort programmers and also serves as a possible pathway to employment with OA.
