The Academic Conference Fund (ACF) at Grand Valley State University provides up to $600 (or $800 for international travel) to undergraduate students who are presenting or performing at academic conferences related to their studies or career goals, supporting travel costs for accepted presenters with a faculty recommendation. |
Applications are due no later than 30 days before the intended travel within the appropriate funding quarter. |

The Academic and Professional Enrichment Fund (APEF) provides up to $500 per student (up to $2,000), coordinated by a faculty sponsor, to support travel to academic conferences or professional experiences related to their studies or career goals. |

Funding Quarters
Applications for the ACF and APEF are reviewed by quarter. Applications are submitted in the quarter that corresponds with the conference travel.
