Through its publications and outreach, CUR shares effective models and strategies that enhance research environments across institutions. The organization acknowledges exemplary undergraduate research programs and honors faculty who demonstrate outstanding mentorship and leadership. CUR also advocates for the value of undergraduate research to private foundations, government agencies, state legislatures, and the U.S. Congress.
