Volleyball Pep Band Information
The GVSU Women's Volleyball Pep Band is a high energy ensemble that provides a unique element to all games! From the non-stop cheering to performing current music selections, we pride ourselves with bringing our "A-Game" to every performance. Members are paid for their participation and may have the opportunity to travel in the post-season! Volleyball Pep Band is not a class and any GVSU is welcome to audition!
Instrumentation: 6 Trumpets, 2 Mellophones and/or Alto Saxes, 3 Trombones, 2 Baritones/Tenor Saxophones, 2 Sousaphones, 1 Electric Bass, 2 Drum Set

2026 Volleyball Pep Band Guidelines & Schedule
Substitution Policy
Member is responsible for providing sub that is approved by Prof. John Martin. The sub must be able to play your assigned part. The member must pay the sub $25 for the game.

Pay
1) Each member will receive $25 per game (tax will be withheld from final amount). Post-season games are $25/per game added to regular season stipend.
