Please fill out this application if you are interested in auditioning for the Upper Division Music Scholarship. You must sign up for an audition time slot BEFORE filling out this application.
UPPER DIVISION MUSIC SCHOLARSHIP
These scholarships recognize achievement at the university and
encourage continuing excellence in performance. Applicants must be
full-time music majors and have completed, or are in the process of
completing at least 30 credit hours. Winners are selected based on

least 30 credit hours. Winners are selected based on: Performance
Audition (30%), Recommendation Form filled out by applied instructor
(30%), Essay (30%), Transcript (10%).
