Stock Items

The following list of items can be purchased through Workday. Because they are considered stock items you can use the Technology Acquisition catalog to submit an Internal Service Delivery (ISD) by following the How to Create an Internal Service Delivery for Technology Acquisitions job aid. There is also a helpful training video in Workday Learning to assist you. Current pricing can be viewed by starting an ISD in Workday. 

The following items are generally in stock. Due to the time of year and varying demand, some items may not be immediately available. We do our best to track inventory levels, re-stock as needed, and offer alternatives.

You can also purchase items such as mice, keyboards, cables, adapters, webcams, and headsets through a Workday requisition. You can connect to one of the supplier websites such as Amazon, CDW-G, Office Depot, or Staples, to directly purchase your peripheral.

Printers

  • Personal printer: HP Officejet Pro 9110B is no longer a stock item, but is approved for purchase through a requisition from Workday supplier websites (CDW-G, Office Depot, or Staples) or through a quote request in the IT Service PortalPlease note that this computer is not approved to be connected to the GVSU wireless or wired network. It must be connected locally to a computer. You will also need to purchase a USB-A to USB-B cable through your chosen supplier website. - not eligible for new/replacement IT-academic funded purchases
  • Network printers are not a stock item. To request a quote, please enter a ticket through the IT Service Portal- not eligible for new/replacement IT-academic funded purchases
