Marriott - SpringHill Suites Grand Rapids Airport is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Hospitality Intern to join our team! This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience across multiple hotel departments while learning what it takes to deliver exceptional guest service at a trusted global brand.

What You’ll Experience
This internship offers cross-training in several key hotel operations, including:

Front Desk / Guest Services – guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and service recovery
Housekeeping – room inspections, cleanliness standards, and operational flow
Breakfast & Food Service – breakfast setup, service, and guest interaction
Hotel Operations – exposure to day-to-day hotel management and teamwork across departments

Schedule & Growth Opportunities

Part-time hours with flexibility
Weekend availability is required
This role has the potential to evolve into a long-term or full-time position, depending on the intern’s interests, performance, and the hotel’s future needs
