Join us at Worklab, where we blend professional workspaces with warm hospitality. You won’t be fetching coffee, you’ll be helping serve it, while also learning the ins and outs of meeting coordination, client service, member engagement, sales, marketing, and event planning. This is a great opportunity to explore what makes modern hospitality tick outside of the traditional hotel setting. What You'll Be Doing:

• Make warm calls to existing and past clients

• Help develop and pitch corporate meeting packages

• Brainstorm and roll out promotions

• Participate in downtown & suburban sales blitzes (yes, it’s as fun as it sounds)

• Greet and introduce meeting guests with a warm, professional touch

• Assist with room setups and refreshes

• Provide day-of support for meetings and guests

• Help coordinate add-ons like catering, team building, etc.

• Manage café presentation throughout the day

• Keep supplies stocked and shared spaces clean

• Support overall member happiness and operations

• Support internal member events

• Bring the good vibes to workplace gatherings

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program

• Hospitality and marketing industry experience recommended

• Strong customer service orientation

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent verbal communications skills along with strong interpersonal skills

• Self-directed individual with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

• Flexible and able to handle stress during peak workload times

• Ability to work more than the standard work day as needed for customers and projects

• Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
