Internship Overview
This internship provides first-hand, real-world experience in the food and beverage industry, offering exposure to the full lifecycle of live events—from preparation and warehouse operations to execution and post-event administration.
Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities
- Warehouse operations, inventory organization, and event preparation - Event builds and breakdowns at large-scale live events - Food & beverage operations and service flow exposure - Administrative and operational support tasks - Working directly with leadership on live event execution

Qualifications

Physical & Logistics Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds - Ability to work long event days, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and outdoor conditions - Valid driver’s license required - Reliable transportation to and from the EHS warehouse in Grand Rapids, MI - Willingness to travel regionally for events as needed
