Welcome to the Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) Program at Grand Valley State University (GVSU)! Many colleges and universities offer a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, but no other institution offers the distinctive opportunities that GVSU does through our five diverse and practical emphases and unique adventure tourism management minor.  We are excited to offer our students the following, just to name a few:

  • State of the art curriculum - engage students with real world applications in classes and in a 1000 hours of internships
  • Seventeen full-time, committed and experienced faculty and staff who all have industry experience and engage outside the classroom
  • Over 500 majors and minors
  • In-depth, comprehensive education program encompassing all aspects of the industry including Events, Food and Beverage, Lodging, Tourism and Recreation
