Dr. B. Donta Truss has dedicated over two decades to strengthening higher education and expanding access for low-income and first-generation students, with significant leadership roles at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). A triple graduate of Alabama State University, Dr. Truss combines deep institutional knowledge with expertise in enrollment, student success, and fundraising, making him a transformative leader in advancing opportunities for students at HBCUs.

Executive Director, Rep4 & Coordinator, HBCU/HSI Consortium
Dr. LuWanna Williams, a lifelong educator dedicated to expanding access and opportunity for underrepresented students, is the inaugural executive director of REP4®, a national alliance committed to empowering learners to design the future of higher education. As the coordinator of the HBCU/HSI Consortium for over three years, she strengthens student engagement and secures significant funding for educational programs. She also previously held leadership roles at Fort Valley State University, an HBCU and REP4 partner, actively advancing student-driven prototypes. With over 30 years in education and expertise in strategic partnerships, Williams works to expand collaborations to amplify student voices and innovative solutions nationwide.

Angelina serves as the Success Coach for students in the HBCU/HSI Consortium, providing dedicated support to help them thrive academically, professionally, and personally. In addition to her coaching role, she acts as the primary liaison between current students and industry partners, fostering meaningful connections that lead to internships, mentorships, and career opportunities.
