Connecting Students to What Matters!

The HBCU/HSI Consortium, housed within the Office of Student Support and Belonging (OSSB), is dedicated to empowering students through personalized guidance and holistic support. Each student is paired with a Success Coach who provides one-on-one academic mentorship, helps navigate and overcome barriers, fosters meaningful connections to the local community, and prepares students for career readiness. This initiative ensures that every student feels seen, supported, and equipped to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
