Fred P. Keller

Fred Keller, who founded Cascade Engineering in 1973, was instrumental in Grand Valley State University's successful campaign to bring undergraduate engineering education to Grand Rapids. He is a member of the Engineering Advisory Board, the Dean's advisory board in the Seidman College of Business, and a member of the advisory cabinet for the Ethics Center at Grand Valley. Fred is a former W.K. Kellogg Foundation trustee, an executive-in-residence for the Center for Positive Organizations at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, a visiting lecturer at Cornell's, Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Business, and the founding chair of Talent 2025, a catalyst working to ensure ongoing supply of world-class talent for West Michigan. He is the recipient of numerous high-profile awards including the White House's Ron Brown Award for Corporate Leadership, the West Michigan Hall of Fame, and the Ernst & Young Social Responsibility Entrepreneur Award.
