Thanks to the generosity of our donors, from July 1, 2024 to June 30 2025, more than $32 million was raised for Grand Valley State University. The endowment also hit a record $232 million with 23 new endowments established. Over 26,000 people invested in the work happening at Grand Valley, and a successful Day of Giving brought in 1,482 donors and raised over $200,000. We are incredibly grateful to these donors for continuing to broaden our base of support. As the university continues to attract learners at all stages of their educational journey, the need for new programs and support services continues to grow. We appreciate the increasing support for Grand Valley students from donors and look forward to another great year ahead.

A Message from the Foundation

As we reflect on this past year, we are deeply grateful for the extraordinary generosity of the Grand Valley community. Together, you’ve made a lasting difference. Your support has strengthened scholarships, expanded the endowment, and created opportunities that will benefit students for generations to come. Behind every number is a story of impact: a student who can pursue their dream, a program that can grow, a community that is stronger because of you. 

Serving as co-chairs of the Grand Valley University Foundation has been a tremendous honor. After many years in this role, we have stepped down and Dan and Pamella DeVos have assumed leadership responsibility. While this is a moment of transition, it is also a moment of pride. We’ve witnessed firsthand the impact of your support, and we know Grand Valley’s future is bright.
