Biography
Tejaswi Manchineella is an Affiliate Faculty member in the School of Computing at Grand Valley State University. She brings over five years of industry experience as a software engineer, where she specialized in developing web and mobile applications using technologies such as React, Redux, Java, Python, and Firebase. Her projects have ranged from international student networking platforms to enterprise-level banking and employment self-service applications. Motivated by her passion for teaching, Tejaswi transitioned from a career in software development to higher education. She is committed to making complex technical concepts approachable, mentoring students on projects, and helping them bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application. At GVSU, she teaches courses in computing and actively supports students in building both confidence and technical skills. Outside the classroom, Tejaswi enjoys traveling, gaming, trying new cuisines, listening to music.
