Biography
Dr. Larry Kotman is an associate professor in the College of Computing. His research interests are focused on software engineering, with a particular emphasis on developing a chess program engine and an ongoing project to create a compiler for an Object-Oriented Programming language. Dr. Kotman is also dedicated to the development of dynamic web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework within Visual Studio (2019 and subsequent versions). Outside of academia, he enjoys fine woodworking and craftsmanship. His work in both academia and software development underscores his passion for technology and creative craftsmanship.
